RETURN POLICY

RETURN PERIOD

  • 30-Day Return: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipping date.
  • Condition for Return: Products must be unopened, unused, and undamaged. The original receipt is required.
  • Discretionary Approval: All returns and exchanges are subject to our discretion based on the condition of the product and compliance with this policy.

PACKAGING FOR RETURN

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for adequately packaging the product for return to prevent damage during transit.
  • Packaging Guidelines: Use the original packaging if available and in good condition. If not, use a sturdy box with sufficient padding material like bubble wrap or foam. Ensure the product is securely sealed to avoid leaks during transit.
  • Non-Responsibility Clause: We are not responsible for damage incurred during transit due to inadequate packaging by the customer.

SHIPPING LABELS

  • Provided Labels: We will provide return shipping labels at the customer's expense. The cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Proper Application: Ensure the label is properly affixed and legible to avoid issues during return transit.
  • Recommendation: We recommend covering the entire label in clear tape to prevent it from getting wet or damaged, ensuring it remains legible.
  • Important Note: If you are printing stick-on labels, be aware that covering the label with tape may cause the ink to disappear. Please use caution to ensure the label remains readable.


FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

  • No Returns: All final sale and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Reason for Policy: These items are deeply discounted and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.


RETURN ABUSE PREVENTION

  • Inspection of Returns: All returned products are thoroughly inspected upon receipt. If we determine that a returned item has been used or tampered with, the return will be denied, and no refund will be issued.
  • Customer Responsibility: If a return is denied due to policy violations, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to have the product returned to them.
  • Restriction on Future Purchases: Customers found engaging in activities that violate our return policy may be restricted from making future purchases.


DAMAGED MERCHANDISE PROCEDURE

  • Inspect the Package: Check for visible damage and photograph all four sides of the package if damage is visible.
  • Document the Unboxing: Record a video of the box being opened, if possible.
  • Inspect the Product: Examine the product for visible damage and photograph any damage found.
  • Immediate Reporting via Chat Box: Report the damage immediately using the chat box on our website at https://perfumeheadquarters.com. The chat box supports image uploads. Alternatively, call us at 1-866-963-0176.
  • Provide Required Documentation: Upload images of the damaged package and product through the chat box. Include a clear photo of the packing slip next to the damaged product.
  • Time Frame for Reporting: Report damaged merchandise within 5 days of delivery. Late reports may not be eligible for refund or exchange.


REFUND

  • Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping costs.


OPENED & PARTIALLY USED ITEMS

  • No Refunds: Opened or partially used products are generally not eligible for refunds.
  • Discretionary Approval: At our discretion, we may accept a return if the packaging is not torn or damaged and only a few sprays have been used. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund in such cases.


UNDELIVERED, UNCLAIMED, RETURNED & REFUSED PACKAGES

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of an error on our part (e.g., shipping the wrong product).
